THE DAN ODY MYSTERY TRACK

Anyone know where this is - or why there is the strange mixture of car types ? From NY historian Dan Ody

Anyone know where this is - or why there is the strange mixture of car types ? From Middlebury College's Joseph Watson. My suspician is that
this is late 1940's, when tracks were often without infrastructure and open wheel cars raced on the same program with early stockers.
