RON BETTIS PHOTO PAGE

Ron's page is done in this color because most of his cars involved this - or something similar, along with either white or black. The page will show three phases of Bettis cars - the original flying tigers, the late model sportsman, and the "new tiger" / ACT late model.

THE ORIGINAL TIGER ERA

One of the earlier Flying
Tigers, at the Bettis
Salvage Yard.

An early win at
Catamount with what
is probably the
second car.

pretty impressive

Apparently didn't
check tires enough.

THE NEW TIGER / LATE MODEL ERA

This car had to have
the Petty number because
someone had Ron's #7
after he returned from
the military. That might be
Wayne in the background.

The #43 Ventura.

A "new tiger",
somewhere in Canada.

A sharp Buick Tiger.

They got the 7 back.

Looks like an ACT late model.
Son, Mike is in this picture.
